Top-100 Photos: Fire Escape Collapse

1.  I picked this photo because at first I was kind of confused but then I realized that they were falling.  I like how in this picture the kids look like they were stopped in motion.

2.  This photo was taken during a routine fire rescue when the fire escape collapsed.  The photographer began taking photos as they were falling but then turned away because he didn't want to see them hit the ground.  After this photo was shared, stronger fire escapes were made.
